Shundo David Haye Meditation

Shundo David Haye came from England in 2000 to begin practicing zen at San Francisco Zen Center. After fifteen years of residential training in San Francisco and at Tassajara, he is taking his practice out into the world to benefit all beings through teachings and guided meditation. Ordained as a priest in 2009, he loves the formal aspects of zen, but also wants to bring meditation to people who might not set foot in a temple. From tech companies to small businesses to the county jail, Shundo guides meditation to help improve clarity, focus, and overal productivity for those he works with.
