Sarah Goss - Harpist

Sarah Goss started playing Classical Harp at High Wycombe Music Centre aged 14. After reading Music at York University she took up a residency in Dubai, UAE, performing classical and popular music as a soloist and half of the Lorelei Flute & Harp Duo. She was Resident Harpist at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, the Emirates Towers and at the Burj al Arab when it was the only 7 star hotel in the world. Here she began to make her unique arrangements of modern pop songs - some of which are featured on her 2016 Album 'Engagements'.

Sarah's career as a harpist expands across the globe. She has toured all over the British Isles and has also played in much of Europe and in the USA with appearances on national television in the UK, Greece, the UAE and Thailand. She has played at many prestigious UK venues including the Houses of Parliament; the Royal Opera House; The Royal Albert Hall; Covent Garden; The Natural History Museum, Blenheim Palace; Cliveden; York Minster; The Sheldonian, the Bodleian Library and the JdP in Oxford; Wembley Arena; West Wycombe House (for HRH Princess Margaret) and Chequers (for Prime Minister John Major).

Sarah was based in Oxford, England for 13 years where she regularly gave solo, duo and chamber music recitals, appeared as a concerto soloist, performed with various orchestras and ran a thriving teaching practice, regularly putting on Masterclasses and Workshops for her students. Also a qualified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Sarah gave weekly classes in Thame and at the Culham Centre for Fusion Energy.
