Trio Menage

Trio Ménage is an innovative chamber ensemble composed of classically-trained ELECTRIC violinist and arranger Shaina Evoniuk, electric cellist Freya Seeburger, and beat-boxer Carlos Aguirre (Emcee Infinite). With an energetic, and fashionable performing style that falls outside the box of the traditional chamber ensemble this eclectic group, they perform works across a range of styles including pop, hip-hop, classical, and beyond. This trio of power-houses have banded together to create a dynamic and highly stylized sound that can be appreciated in a wide range of events. The members of Trio Ménage have a collective history of critically-acclaimed performances both nationally, and internationally. All three have collaborated with an array of celebrated performers as diverse as the trio’s repertoire: Macy Gray, Digital Underground, Third Eye Blind, SF’s Jazz Mafia, maestro Michael Tilson-Thomas, Chicago, Beats Antique, Van Dyke Parks, Rahzel, Magik*Magik Orchestra, Tanya Donelly, and many more!
