Kid Beyond

Kid Beyond is a vocalist, songwriter, and producer. His pioneering live-looping work — multitracking his singing and beatboxing to create his own live backing tracks — has riveted hundreds of thousands of viewers around the world.

After years as a solo artist, Kid's new project is a full band combining blues/indie rock with future-bass electro — like Howlin Wolf jamming with Rage Against the Machine, Diplo, Kanye, and James Blake. It’s cathartic, purpose-driven, shamanic music for turbulent times.

Kid B has rocked festivals such as Coachella, SXSW, Lightning in a Bottle, Symbiosis, Wakarusa, Langerado, Treasure Island, Burning Man, Ottawa Bluesfest, w00tstock, QuakeCon, and many more.

He has shared the stage with Will.I.Am, Lupe Fiasco, Keane, Imogen Heap, Bassnectar, Widespread Panic, Plain White Ts, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Lyrics Born, Steve Aoki, Disco Biscuits, Amon Tobin, Buckethead, Glitch Mob, Particle, Balkan Beat Box, and many, many more.

His music has rocked films (Mission Impossible III), video games (NBA Live, Guitar Hero, Rock Band), and TV (Gossip Girl, Kyle XY, Attack of the Show, The Sing-Off, Life, VH1‘s Supergroup).

Offstage, he teaches Buddhism and meditation, works with incarcerated men in the San Francisco County Jail, and invents games and puzzles.
